FaiSclose is an AI-powered solution that automatically identifies important items to review during the financial close process. Users can interact with FaiSclose through AskFaiS, an AI chatbot, making it easy and simple to use. With built-in features for detecting anomalies and providing helpful insights, FaiSclose allows users to automate key steps in the financial close process. It works alongside Oracle Fusion Financials and the Consolidation and Close applications to improve automation and offer better visibility during the close.

"Across the industry, the close process is still very manual, with finance teams spending a lot of time searching for information and struggling to get the details they need. FaiSclose changes that by providing a clear, detailed close plan and an interactive chatbot to guide teams through the process faster and more predictably," said David Binkley, CEO.

Key Features:

The FaiSclose dashboards show the status of different subledgers, such as Fixed Assets, and key metrics related to them. On the right side of the dashboard is the AskFaiS chatbot, which allows users to quickly get the information they need without constantly switching between different screens and reports. Additionally, users can start important close processes and check results directly from the interface. This represents a major shift in how finance teams manage the close process day-to-day.

Upcoming Launches:

  • AskFaiS will be available by January 2025 and will be able to answer key questions about Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • FaiSclose for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management will launch by July 2025.
  • Fusion Projects functionality will be added to both products by September 2025.
